All,

I am trying to assertain if our Dross Formation on the Wave Solder Machine is in line with others.

I estimate that we generate about 30 kgs/monthly in a 550kg bath.

Any replies appreciated.

Hi Aj

There are some good doxidizing powders on the market. You simply mix it into the dross, which then will seperate the oxide from the solder. This way you can recover most of the solder and have much less waste.
