Problem with IP2

I am currently working on a IP2 machine. My company is doing SMT machine refurbishment. I just can�t get my ip2 to boot up to the main page. It is always struck with the {PIA 1 2 �3�} stage and the 3 is always in red. I need urgent help and any good suggestion.
