Hello,

We have found that many times for DEK265GS in under stencil cleaning unit stucks cleaning paper (non-woven rolls).

DEK said that cleaning unit for DEK265 has this problem. I just looking for improvment to eliminate issue.

Question to the user of DEK265 with under stancil cleaning unit do you also has that problem? How to eliminate?

You should check the way the paper is installed. I found that the Dek265LT documentation said to install the roll one way. The rolls we were buying from JNJ Industries stated to install the paper another way. I then found that one operator was installing the paper the JNJ way. It worked! The other operators were installing the paper the Dek way. The paper always jammed up the Dek way. Not sure if this is your problem or not. Try the paper installed coming off the bottom or the roll and then try it coming off the top of the roll. See if this matters at all.

hello, pls check below item for paper stucks: 1)paper rolls diameter not over 60MM(new roll) 2)tension for roller clutch(silver u.s.c only) 3)make sure the under screen cleaner ROUGH ROLLER is clean and free for solder paste.so that it can turn smoothly.
