Guys,

I have an annoying problem on the above mentioned machine.

Basically, when the machine loads a board it sits and waits at the down stop until it times out.

All sensors on the rail system work fine in the IO's, aswell as the board stop sensor.

If we manage to flag the front left sensor while the board is waiting, all will work fine.

Anyone had something similiar before.

Does the board actually make the sensor? I've seen rail widths that would load the board half way and then find a tight spot and stop before the sensor.

Rail widths are fine.

The board loads from the previous conveyor and hits the down stop and flags the sensor... It will sit there and time out unless I flag the left rail sensor. It will work properly every now and again.

All sensors work fine in the IO's and one thing to note is if I run a longer board there are no problems.

I have swapped out sensors but no joy.
