We're unclear about what you're doing and the nature of the problem.

Hi H.K.H.

OK, I'll step on this one to see what happens... What exactly is the defect? You state this SMT spring acts as a conductor between an R and C. You also state it acts as a housing shock absorber too? Just trying to understand your question.

This "character" is one of the many trolls that lurk here at SMTNet - Shocker, wavemaster Larry, and the Guru (Moonman in disguise) are among the other few. I felt compelled to go to Moon's site again to look up this "problem" and just want to let everyone know I have the worst eye strain after visiting the site. Moonman Guru INSISTS on using this loud color which hurts the eyes. Consequently, I'm never going back to that site again.

What is the compression on the spring and also what is the alloy of the preform? These make significant differences in wetting and compression forces.

Hello Heywood!

The alloy does not matter as this will not affect the "Defet".

All you funny guys and your names. Listen, this is whats wrong with this forum and the world today. Too many clowns making fun of serious buisness. What the hell is POD group anyway. Sounds like some outer space movie to me. Maybe they hung up on you cause you started pronouncing your name and they thought YOU were from outer space!
