Vision X-Y maintenance procedure, please advise. I have problem with camera not park so often time, and I don't have any solution accept buying a new vision Y right stepper motor, but that's just too much money roughly 2500 dollars.

Check to make sure the platen and the camera are meeting the sensors that tell the machine they are "parked". Find these sensors and flag them. Look for indication they are working in the input screen. Also, make sure the sensor flags can go into the sensor as the mount could be bent or misaligned.

Let me ask you another question. Could this happen if either vision Y left or right not sync together? I checked the vision air regulator Left and Right it is set at 70 psi. My print is not being consistance, and I have to turn all my inspection off if I don't then I will have problem with Y offset either - or +.

Sounds like air pressure is set O.K. The next thing to check is that the platen surface that the x and y axis ride on is perfectly clean. After that, you should knock the camera off the platen and make sure that all of the small air nozzles are blowing air out. If any are plugged, CAREFULLY remove them without loosing them and use a hole gauge rod or something similar to clean them. You should also knock the y-axis platen off the rails and check for air coming out of the nozzles on both ends. Clean if needed. You will definatley get a twist and eventually a jam-up if your air nozzles are plugged. You need to have thse axis turned on in output screen in order to get air and power to them. Do not attempt to knock a camera cube or platen off a rail without power applied to it! You will know power and air are applied because the axis will move freely. Have padding of some kind under the camera and y-platen when you knock it off so as not to damage it. When I say knock it off, I mean a sharp blow with the side of your fist will do the trick but be ready to catch it when it falls off and watch where you are hitting the camera cube at - look for some frame-work to hit so you don't knock it out of cal.
