Best Flux for Leadfree Solder

Hi,

I am having some difficulty in soldering thruhole parts using leadfree solder specially when soldering ground terminals and installing a metal shield. I have already used Rosin leadfree solder but its not that effective particularly on a thick board. I sometimes used 850 dec but the solder does not flow so well.

Do you any suggestion on what kind/brand/type of flux I can used?
