Zevatech FS730 error | 11 January, 2007

Hi All, We again have problem with Zevatech FS-730 This machine shows error E202162: "System error: T axis of center head: Parameter error when T axis performs PTP action.(Kind of unit)" and it stop running. It does not pick up components. At low speed it works some time, but stops again.If we disable center head it not helps Because this is system error our manual does not give recomendation how to repair it.May be somebody is guru in this type machine and could help us? Hi ,

Please check encoder cable condition of T-motor. Some times works & some time not , sure cable must have some bad contact.

The problem is that if we disable center head and even turn off the cable of center head encoder, it's not helps. The same error appears. And it's all the same it shows error of the center head.

Check wether all mass cables are still attached! Especially the ones on the heads are nescessairy. A broken cable is not allways visible. We replaced those mass cables and our problem was solved.

Thank all for your advices. But we had sistem error,which was connected,how we could undestand with failure main PC controller boards.We had swoped winchester memory block and Zevatech operation was restored Best regards Peter
