Does anyone have any Paste recommendations for multiple reflowing with OSP surface finishes?

Well we just starting using the OSP finish ourselves. We are using the same application so far and have found no major issues. We do SMT to reflow......

Not all OSPs are created equal. Some companies use N2 in their reflow oven to minimize oxidation during reflow. This is for double sided reflow and if wave or selective solder will be done after reflow. Get extra boards from the vendor to test. Run them thru the oven a couple times on a reflow recipe, then solder on them, see how the wetting is and send out for cross section analysis. That is how I qualified PWB suppliers that use OSP. With a good OSP finish you should be able to do double-sided in an air oven. Test, don't guess.
