Component orientation into the reels | 1 March, 2001

Are there some standards (Jedec ??) for the components orientation into the reels (memory or logic) and which ones ?

Last time we looked at this, JEDEC carefully designated the dimensions of the carriers, but "neglected" to define the component orientation with the carrier.
