Dek 265 GSX Cognex Card | 4 July, 2008

Hi all,

The cognex card in the GSX failed to boot up during power up.

The card displays the dreaded red light on the diagnostics LED.

I got a quote from Dek and I think I cold buy a 2nd user machine for the same price. So my question is - can I get it repaired or buy 2nd hand ( please only reference companies that you have used before).

Hi we have never had a cognex card repaired that worked from a third party repair. Let me know the actual part number on the card (not Dek part no) and I will see if we have one of the same. we have a lot of Cognex cards here BS
