Need Help on MYDATA MY12 Initiate Hardware Error | 22 July, 2008

Hi, I posted a similar message yesterday, but I believe it did not make it through properly. I apologize. We have an error while trying to perform Initiate Hardware test. The error was "F-MOT1-25/205:MOVZ: Motorspeed Out of Control". The error, however, is intermittent. When we go to the service screen, and perform Z-Motor Measure Friction For Z-Motor, we got the same Motorspeed Out of Control error. I wonder if anyone know a way of fixing this problem. Thank you in advance for your help.
