Bench or Tabletop Router

I'm going to reincarnate an old thread because my search of the great SMTnet Archives on this subject couldn't unearth anything newer then three years old.

We're in the market for an inexpensive router for a low volume application. Can some of you fine fine folk point me in a good direction?
