Hi Carlton, My name is Brian Riggs. You have an outstanding resume and credentials. I know it is really difficult to find job these days especially on the electronic side. I will not ask you to come over to UK as we are also in the same position as US. However, it is proper to suggest, instead of looking for a job you make a business. What is your field of interest aside from electronic? Would you like to cook or to repair things? Maybe your neighbor has something for repair and he might not have money to buy new one so he calls a handyman for it. This is only a suggestion. God bless you. Cheers!

Just a suggestion - If any of your previous gigs were contract or temporary work, you may want to indicate that on your resume`. You have worked at 8 companies in 10 years. This would be a yellow flag if your resume` came across my desk.

Please look at my resume more closely and get all facts straight! Some of those jobs are temporary positions as noted in the resume', Also two of them jobs i worked at the same time! I can go into a job and start working with minimal supervision same day with next to no mistakes, I am not perfect, but i am good at what i do! I do not understand about spell check becuase i spell checked the resume' and some of the wording the computer does not understand but we as people do! more input please! Carlton Berry

Hi Carlton, I'm sure you are a good person who wishes to explore something new, each time. Your attitude is absolutely human, but is not always appreciated by the professional world. I read your resume and would like to advise the following: 1. Since you are multi-skilled, please relax your mind and list out all the various skill sets you posses by analysing yourself as a person, making no comparison with others. 2. Then narrow down this list to the best 2 personal skills you really cherrish the most. Ensure that henceforth, you NEVER look back on any of the other skills mentioned in your list. 3. Now the most difficult part: Condition your mind to allow personal flexibility for re-locating yourself, and accepting new surroundings or even cultures. 4. Having understood the above, re-draft your resume to indicate the potential you have towards just the best TWO Skills jotted in your above list, while you can always show your history flow. 5. Now, you have only won half the battle. You must focus entirely on just these TWO skills and develop yourself to perfect into a specialist. Hope my personal advise will help you to make a new start. Carlton, it's very easy to quit, but extremely difficult to sustain. With the present economic meltdown, I strongly advise you to be loyal to just one job (whether in a firm or your own). Always keep a positive attitude towards life and feel free to embrase hurdles. I'm sure your life will change for the better. Cheers! - Sachin (India).
