Hello I would like to know is my decision correct to purchase the following SMT machines for manufacturing of computer Ram modules and Computer Motherbaord.

FUJI XP142E PICK AND PLACE FUJI IP3 PICK AND PLAC ELECTROVERT OMNI 7 REFLOW OVEN

Also please suggest which brand is better, Heller or Electrovert. And what other machine would you like to suggest.

Also what are the issues we will be facing in future for manufacturing these products. Your comments will be really helpful.

Good choice for choosing FUJI machines. But if you had the budget, I prepare to recommend the NXT machine. NXT is fast, reliable and easy to use. You can contact your local support or visit the fuji website.

I've seen a couple of lines of assembleon AX machines in the Micron plant in singapore and at amkor in the philippines. Lines were running smooth and very high yield according to production engineers. Might want to take a look at those machines.
