Splicing tool recomendations? | 16 June, 2009

We are looking into using a splicer for our SMT production area. I was wondering if anyone has any recomendations for a good splicer or splicing kit that can be used to splice our reels. I am looking for something that is easy to use and does not take a long time to splice reels. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
