Digital Test ICT

We are looking into purchasing a Falcon ICT/FCT from Digital Test. Does anyone have any experience with this company or the machine?

1) How would you rate their technical support? 2) What are the functional test capabilities of their machines (primarily the Falcon)? 3) What is your over-all opinion of the machine?
