TR2100 problems? need help?

Problems found are the machine frequent freeze suddenly and produce error message when homing the machine: servo devices failed ...

Action taken. Change the pc with another working machine. result= same problem happen. check the fuse at circuit of the machine. result= working fine.

any tips for solving?
