TDK RX-11

TDK RX-11 giving Absolute Encoder Backup Error (237-100) at start up. The machine resets pressing the button but gives X and Y axis hardware error while doing zero position. The X and Y axis does not even jog manually. I followed the manual instruction but no success. Anyone, please help. I will appreciate.
