Hi Guys, I have a couple question regarding COB process.

1. Can I do Al wire bonding on electrolytic and electroless gold PCB using same parameters? Some expert telling me electrolytic and electroless should have different setting

2. I am have a board with below process - IR reflow top side -> IR reflow bottom side-> COB Will 2 times IR reflow affect COB bonding process?

Appreciate any kind of feedback from you guys..

2) again run through and test wire.
