Anywhere and everywhere. That's a pretty broad question. A more specific question might be, "Where are SMD electrolytics not used?" The answer to this one is if there is enough real estate on the board. Generally, you won't find them in battery powered products. Most anything that plugs into the wall will have an electrolytic in it of some type or another. If it's an SMD board, it probably has SMD electrolytics. You can probably answer your own question if you knew what electrolytics are used for, exactly. A quick search on google will return a wealth of knowledge. You can't narrow this question down to a group of products or industry. They're everywhere, used by everyone, and in all makes, models, and industry.

hehe, i'm a newcome saler of pluspark electronics technology co.,ltd .i didn't make the business of the capacitor before, and i want to open a new market for the capacitor, but i don't know what product will need this capacitor . so i post the funny question on the forums as you see.. now after your reply . i know that i'm need to learn more...hehe . anyhow , thanks for your help .
