I have a wave that does NOT have top side preheats. I have not worked with a machine like this in the past. The majority of my experience revolve around topside temps prior to entering the wave. Has anyone else worked with a process like this? What are the differences and What works best?

You don’t need top heaters as long as you can reach the flux manufacturers recommended board top side temp.
