Recommendations for AXI | 14 September, 2011

I need to add AXI to some new production lines. Agilent got out of the business a couple years ago and Teradyne currently will only sell to customers that already have one of their AXI systems.

What other companies and systems do people have experience with and which would they recommend?

I'm inspecting 1.6mm BGAs on a double sided board in a high volume application.
