NEED FUJI MANUALS | 14 September, 2012

Does anyone have a Fuji CP7 maintenance manual and a Fuji CP feeder calibration manual that they would like to share? We recently got a CP7 machine that is a little bit beat up and need to do some preventive maintenance to it. This machine is not as easy to maintain as the CP6 series. There are too many sensors and we are afraid of breaking something. Better safe than sorry I guess. Let me know if any of you can help. Thanks!

Do you have the feeder calibration jigs ? If so it should be pretty self explanatory. I'm pretty sure a CP7 has the same loader system as a CP643. If so, the sensor system can be hairy if you don't know what you are looking at. If it has been crashed before...have fun that's all I have to say. I've actually had a 643 loader completely out of the machine before. You have to be extremely cautious because there is a lot of calibrations involved. If one thing is not perfect it will not work right.
