Does anyone know what causes a pink vision screen on a GSM-X running on OS/2? All the cameras turn on when run on a dry cycle but the vision monitor never turns on. It just shows a pink screen. I checked all the connections on the VME cards and cameras and all are nice and tight. Any ideas? I have included a picture of what the machine is showing on the monitor. Thanks for any help.

Dman,

Your video driver did not load correctly. What version of OS/2 warp are you running? The recovery procedure differs for version to version.

Dman, This and many other previously experienced field issues can be easily found and recified 24/7 if you reference the UIC online knowledgebase. If you do not already have access, please contact UIC tech support at GSMTechs@uic.com to register. I have attached KB case GSM-KB-0247 for your reference in the meantime.. hope it is helpful. It still might me a failed Latern Vision system though.

thx
