CSM Philips v60 - problem with vision

Hello everyone!

I have problem with using vision in csm v60. Below describe:

1. Machine's third head takes one IC from tray

2. Goes to vision and take picture and moves IC

3. Goes to pick and place

4. When nozzle wants to place IC on board then appears Error 123: X Soft Limit

What i did:

1. I made program only with one pick and place so not to take into account other coordinates

2. Declared tray as matrix 1x1

3. Checked origin

4. Checked machine coordinates X nad Y Soft Limits.

I made experiment:

1. Coordinate pick and place the same, head number the same

2. Changed only component number from tray to 8mm feeder

3. The program executes with no errors

So if head number 3 is able to pick and place component from 8mm feeder maybe problem is in tray definition. But I do not know what to check more to find solution.
