if is regardless of fluxes or population complexity my opinion is that inline aqueous with kysen liquid or other is the best because this liquid wash all type of flux and the aqueous wash all population complexity

In my limited experience. A Domestic Dishwasher with no water recycling like which is offered on some of the newer high priced models works a treat. Clearly this is batch. Inline filtering of the water supply is a good ideal. There are several ways of dealing with this depending on your local water. but it is essential to remove all chlorine, all organics and any hardness otherwise your just putting stuff back on the board. Three inline filters for each contaminant type is a pretty good approach. If you get really pernickety or you have a large plant then ionic checking of the water waste stream can be added to check for cleaning effectiveness. The theory being that the lower the conductivity of the waste water stream the cleaner the board is at the end of the cycle. There is an IPC measurement method somewhere. At a company I used to work for some years ago we used a similar system with ultrasonic cleaning of the product with three passes through and ionic measurement at each stage (it had to pass a ISO Spec level of manufacturing conformance.
