Gentlemen,

Have no idea how to remove fully polymerized silicone elastomer resides from a particular product. Product housing has not been designed for filling. Having polymerized, elastomer (DowCorning SylGard 160)expands and gets out of filling holes to plastic surface.

The question is how to remove elasetomer not having damaged plastic?

Is there a solvent for that on the market?

Thank you in advance for any idea.

Look into Dicone NC9. We used this years ago to remove silicone from some printed circuit cards. As I recall it did not have any adverse effects on the pcb.
