Environmental Regulations on Reflow Exhaust

What are the typical environmental regulations in the US for reflow exhaust if any? We are using a lead free process although I assume it has more to do with the flux than the alloys used.

Do we need to look into something like a Title V permit? We are planning on running fairly fairly small runs with a single SMT line.

Thanks in advance!

In my experience, it depends on the city, county or state regulations. I've worked places where it is constantly monitored, other places where it's sampled. My current location, it isn't monitored at all.

AVFM's advice is good. That you know how to say "Title V Permit," makes me think that you're going to need more permitting, rather than less.
