we bought a 2004 DEK INFEX and are getting an error prior to the software loading up fully.

An application error has occurred. DEK_PCCM.exe

after canceling out

a second error pops up e108151

Failed to create axis controlling threads. Abort the process

Any hints?

You don't say what software version is running on machine; generally caused by corrupted file; delete E: config local.lpf file and then reboot machine (new file will be created). If not this, recommend reload of machine software (should not require system software).

SP7-10 from 2009.

We had a hard drive crash on an identical machine (year / config / sw) we did a hard drive clone and this is when the error came up.

i think the issue is a conflict with the clone. in the feature licencing screen it shows the correct dongle number but the Serial number from our other machine. we never got software as we bought the machine at an auction.

Are both machines running the same type of computer (Advantech Computer w/P3 1G CPU probable)? if not possible problem with system software incompatibility.
