What is the inspection procedure How to test leakage current Is 100% checking is required at IGI inspection What is the shelf life of the capacitor How much period shelf life is recommended for these capacitors How to check the ripple current of these component in this application What is the procedure to calculate the expected life of these capacitor What all the precautions to be taken for handling, storage & mounting these capacitors Pls explain each & every parameter of the capacitor How to select a capacitor for filtering purpose What is the meaning of vent & why the ven twill not be same for all the parts Is electrolytic leakage is a sign of end of life. Why electrolyte leaks? Pls forward any case studies if u have on ele cap failures so that we can trouble shoot the future problems effectively.

Pls clarify the above problems for better understanding of this capacitor functionality. So that we can use this in suitable locations only.

My sentiments exactly. Most or all of these questions you can find the answer to by a simple search on google. It's obvious to me that you have done none based on what you don't know. Do the research, then when you have exhausted all possible avenues, post your questions that you need answering. Most of us have our own research and jobs to worry about without having to do yours.
