i need a menthod for calculating amount of solder paste need in a single pcb or a lot of pcb(1000 pcb). i need reduce wastage of solder paste in the process , so any one can help........

Get an accurate scale. You can rent them if you do not have one or do not want to buy one. Weigh the bare board then paste the board and re-weigh it. Subtract the 2 and you have the weight. solder paste is sold buy weight so then you can calculate the cost.

Hello, you can measure the weight, before the paste printing and after that with a precise scale.
