Intel® Core™ i3-5157U Processor soldering (CL8064701478404)

Hi Im looking for a person who have a experience with Intel® Core™ i3-5157U (i5) Processor soldering (CL8064701478404). I want to compare our experience because i'm not sure about aur spare parts and our soldering way. They are original or not, because they are bent (like sad face). It impossible to solder the components using flux only we must using solder paste and im not sure how do it. We should put solder paste on the pads or on the balls? Do you have any experience with this intel processor?
