GSM Zeroing problem | 8 July, 2015

Dear SMT Specialists

Had anyone encountered GSM ADvantis zeroing failure problem? The x-axis is idle while the y-axis is waiting to be activated. My initial guess is either Axis control board or machine configuration conflicts. How to fix it? any less painful solution to detect the problem...

Thanks for the inquiry. We used MCD (Motion Control Dia) tool to verify if that is caused by VRM board. No respond(I means the related axis was off) was detected. we swapped that board to other machine, the VRM card was good.... X axis was stopped, the Y axis won't active...
