Q-series Quad Align Unit 10-22603 | 2 September, 2015

I noticed a post from a few years ago with a guy looking for the same part, he was directed to Island SMT. Unfortunately, they do not currently have any in stock at the moment.

This QA unit was used on Q-series machines made by Quad/Tyco, it was also used on Samsung/Quad's CP line (at least a few models). I've exhausted every easily accessible option I've found on smtnet, does anyone have any suggestions past that?
