Hello all,

I have a problem with the wave 6622c . The temperature of solder pot and preaheating zones 1 and 2 is not increasing. the strange thing is that the machine is not display no error. Can you help me with some advices??

I've never had that particular problem with our machine, but I do know that if the CB pop for whatever reason the machine doesn't give an error. So I would check those, if you haven't yet. Also under options you can do an element check, see if that gives any info.

Florin, Not sure if this will be helpful or not, but I have completed a couple of pot height retrofits for these waves and I seemed to remember that one of my clients spilled some solder and shorted out the 24vdc power supply. I am pretty sure this is the control voltage for most of the relays and contactors, so if missing then there is no control to turn on the pot and preheaters. Good luck!
