good day, we're encountering trouble in CM602 Mounter and still looking for help..here is the error(cover open A stage front and rear, ext conv open/ConveyorHoleSensorDetect, Outside cover open, Momentary power off. Anyone knows the error please post your comment and suggestion..Thanks in advance.

I have never encountered that particular problem. Have you checked the door switches in the I/O to see if one is actually open? Another thing I have encountered is grease getting on the linear scale which will give you errors that are false. I would run a clean cloth down both X and the Y. Can't hurt.

I already check that sir, maybe its a loose connection or board problem.

maybe the ssr board was damaged. try swap the ssr between the A and B stage. Open the machine cover at AF/BF stage, it's the down left board with many connectors (have COV1,2,3, EMG1,2,3,4, connectors, i dont remember exactly..)

Can you explain:

1. Is mc running normally before problem happens? 2. Any abnormality happens prior to problem? 3. Can you still check input/out put in machine adjustment meno? 4. Can you see all information in Ringload information? 5. If set bad beam of AF,AR, can machine origin? 6. Is power ok? Is 24 - 12 VDC VDC stable?

Its running normally before No abnormality before the errors Input and output check is good Ringload is good When we set bad beam af and ar, machine error is same..can't origin. Voltage not yet check. What part need to check the voltage sir?

Hi Nhel, It's quite strange problem here...

1. The voltage check: please supply power voltage. Inside machine (BF) there is a transformer, please make sure the voltage setup is correct. 2. In Ringload information, please see the 12V and 24V, is it ok? Is the momentary power off error happens all the time? 3. In side input check you still can see the door signal ON/OFF normally? 4. Can you swap the NFV2CF+NF0FCF board (CPU Box in AF) with other CM602? 5. Can you clear SRAM? Can you re-install MC system? 6. Please push/pull the head, cleaning all X and Y linear scale of all table. 6. I think you need to classify the error: The door problem and the power momentary power off problem. If the door problem normally comes from SSR board or Ringload Board (if ringload problem you have to swap board with other machine to confirm).
