I just purchased a MyData SMT machine that requires 3 phase 208V. I have 240 single phase with a 3 phase power converter that outputs 240V 3 phase. Should I be concerned about the differences in voltages and if so how should I solve this issue.

Yes you should be concerned. What model Mydata machine do you have?
