One Used Equipment broker to avoid

Bought a Machine from Tach Shebby at Fastex. It was on a skid at the customers facility ready to ship. I pay Fastex (wire transfer)...three weeks later the machine still hasn't shipped because he is trying to renegotiate his buy price with the owner of the machine. Fastex short changes the owner and keeps his commission (plus $500) and then goes AWOL. He hasn't replied to multiple emails or phone messages. I eventually have to fork over the balance to the owner of the machine (additional $500) to get it shipped. Fastex has been invoiced the $500 but as you might expect no reply yet.

Don't deal with this guy.
