Nutek NTM640SXL pitch change | 5 January, 2017

We just got a used Nutek buffer, NTM640SXL, and I cannot figure out how to change the pitch on it. We have another Nutek buffer that I can change no problem, but for some reason, this one isn't changing. Is there anyone out there that can help? Thanks!!
