PowerWave Seho issues

We have a Seho PowerWave that is dual wave and we are having trouble with results only on one production board. These boards are from overseas to side note. I have played with speed, flux, and height with the same results. I am now looking into different nozzles and machines. Any suggestions on problems or new machines would be much appreciated. Thanks.
