DEK Photon Error - Dongle Not Found | 6 March, 2017

Hey folks, looking for some thoughts on an error we are getting with a DEK Photon screen printer where the machine switches on and we get a DEK_CSS message - Dongle Not Found. Please connect a valid Dongle & restart the machine.

the machine was working fine yesterday but does this on every start up today.

Reseat dongle in USB port. Possible corruption in dongle read software. Reload software. Possible dongle failure.

So looks like we have it locked down to the dongle failing, we have tried to read it in other PC's with Deskey's software and nothing. the PC's can see the dongle in the device manager but get nothing else. I don't believe we have a back up for this item.

If you moved the dongle, you should put it into exactly same USB port again.
