Ersa Hotflow 5

I have an Ersa Hotflow 5 reflow oven. I think someone rewired the cooling fan. It is constantly running. I am not able to open the hood with the buttons either. Does anyone have the manual? I would like to get copies of it or the wiring diagrams. Any help would be appreciated.
