Juki KE720

I have two KE720 P&P machines. I've been using one for the last several years on an irregular basis because we manufacture into a niche market and I don't (currently) contract out our services.

Six months ago the working KE720 stopped working and I'm now looking into the fault (although I've not looked since it stopped working, and I swapped boards to find the fault - to no avail!). I can't provide too many details of the fault but the placement arm moves slowly but then comes up with an error - so it's not totally dead!.

This post is to elicit help from someone in Australia who could fault find/diagnose this machine ASAP.
