Thank you for your response. I appreciate all anyone can provide to help with this. I have no manuals to use. I inherited this task when the usual operator dropped dead the other day. He was the only one who ever ran this machine. I was able to print 9 boards last week. When I came in yesterday it blew a compressed air hose. After I repaired the hose is when trouble began.

How to I perform the calibration you mention. I dont see it in any diagnostic menu. It is running software version 2.06.
