Hi. Please help. On DEK 265 GSX i've got on the monitor message: "DEK 265 GSX Motor comms failure, card 1, axis 123 fatal error." F1-F8 doesn't work, machine cant start. No result after Reinitialise machine.

Which one is this card1? Is it in PC?

Have you tried to re-load the MINT software 1st? Are the breakers in at the back of the machine?

first check fuses in Y1 case. thats where EuroSYS cards are, and message you get tells you that cards can not communicate with main processing board in Y3 case via RS485. after that check cables and connectors. there are 4 EuroSYS cards in Y1 case, they are loaded with MINT program that enables them to drive motors. each card has its own battery, check batteries. if battery is bad MINT program will be lost and you will need to download it again. to download MINT you need to access MINT folder on hard drive via DOS. hold SHIFT key while machine boots to access DOS. type CD MINT type LOAD switch maintenance key on, and follow procedure, select auto detect when prompted.
