Modulation Files

Dear All, Hope everyone is fine. here i would like to ask that i am interested for mixed signal simulation in Altium Designer, but i don't have modulation files, can any one help me in this regard for finding the said file. i need for following IC packages; 1. 74HC74 2. 74HV4060 3. 74HC4046 4. 74HC40103 5. 74HC00 6. LF353 7. IRFR110

I shall be highly grateful to him/her who can help me please.
