Hi does anyone own a decent tape and reel machine for taking tubed product and loose product and taping it? preferably 8mm to 56mm max. Would be nice if it has a camera system to check device is correct way up/orientation, and how effective this is.

Please don't try to sell me one, I would like to hear from users. Thanks, Rob.

We have one, but seem like we hardly use it that much though. I would say it's useful, but not exactly must to have. Most of the models out there would not come with the marking vision system, but you can add it as option. The tricky part of using such machine is to find the right size carrier, you need to have the pocket depth into consideration too, as part sits too low, the nozzle would not able to picks up correctly.
