PCB Laser Marking | 1 February, 2019

What do people recommend for laser marking ? Needs to have the following: Inline, Double-sided marking capability. Either with btm/top laser or preferably internal flip, China support (Close to Shanghai) Chinese language capable.

Had a lot of good experience with Asys. For proximity YJ Link are not far from you.

You would need a flip station to get double sided, and you would want a machine that reads back and verifies the mark.

Also consider your solder resist colour as this makes a big difference in the ability and speed to read back a code elsewhere in the process.
