Permanent License needed

Hello,

Here is the situation: A colleague is working as a production process supervision technician in the factory. He uses program called " Board explorer " and after changing the computer to a new one the license he had no longer works. A temporary license was used but it ran out. The support e-mail we have from earlier is no longer working "support.software.emt@philips.com" Who can attach a new permanent license to his software? Regards,
